This Privacy Policy explains how AD2KART ("we", "us", "the platform"), operated by Shriram Books Emporium, collects, uses and protects information when you use the Devika Prep Portal at ad2kart.com.

At sign-up, we collect your name, mobile number and email address. Your email is used for account access and password-reset purposes.
4. Student Learning/Performance Data
We store your practice attempts, mock test scores, bookmarks, mistakes and progress history so the portal can show your performance over time. This data is used solely to support your learning experience on the portal.

6. Authentication
Account sign-up and login are handled using Firebase Authentication (a Google service). We do not store your password ourselves.

8. Payment Processing (Razorpay)
Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
9. Hosting (Hostinger)
This website is hosted using Hostinger. Hostinger's own privacy and security practices apply to hosting-related data.
10. Cookies / Similar Technologies
The portal may use your browser's local storage to save preferences (such as theme and font size) and your progress data on your device. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account remains active, or as otherwise required to comply with applicable law.

15. Children's/Minor Students' Data
Many of our students preparing for NATA/B.Arch entrance exams may be minors. Where a student using the portal is a minor, use of the portal should be under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
16. Parent/Guardian Consent
By enabling a minor student to sign up for and use the portal, the parent or guardian is deemed to have reviewed and consented to this Privacy Policy on the student's behalf.

We rely on the following third-party service providers: Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication and data storage), Razorpay (payments), and Hostinger (hosting). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
