AD2KART is a brand operated by Shriram Books Emporium, a proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. In this Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and related website policies, “AD2KART”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Shriram Books Emporium operating the AD2KART platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Devika Prep Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the portal.
2. Description of Service
AD2KART provides an online preparation platform for NATA and B.Arch entrance examinations, including practice questions, mock tests, performance analysis and related tools.
3. Student Account
You must create an account with a valid name, mobile number and working email address to use the portal.
4. 8-Day Free Trial
New accounts receive an 8-day free trial from the date of sign-up. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription.
5. Subscription Plans
Subscription plans and pricing are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
6. Subscription Duration
Each plan grants access for the duration purchased (1, 3 or 6 months) from the date access is activated.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Access is activated after successful payment confirmation, typically within a reasonable time; if your access is not activated promptly, please contact support.
8. Access to Digital Content
Access to the portal's content is granted for personal, non-transferable use during an active trial or subscription period.
9. Account Sharing
Accounts are intended for use by a single student and should not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts found to be shared or misused.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to copy or redistribute its content, or interfere with its normal operation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the portal, including questions, solutions and software, is the property of AD2KART/Shriram Books Emporium or its licensors, except where noted otherwise.
12. Question Bank and Educational Content
The question bank includes original content and questions based on past examination papers, compiled and organised for study purposes.
13. Third-Party/Previous Examination Material Disclaimer
Some practice content is based on previously conducted JEE B.Arch and NATA examination papers, which are generally in the public domain as past official papers. AD2KART is not affiliated with the examination-conducting bodies, and such content is used for educational and preparatory purposes only.
14. NATA/B.Arch Examination Disclaimer
AD2KART is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official platform of NATA, JEE, or any examination-conducting authority.
15. No Guarantee of Marks/Rank/Admission
Use of the portal does not guarantee any specific marks, rank or admission outcome in any examination.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
17. Account Suspension/Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to misuse of the portal, account sharing, or non-payment of applicable fees.
18. Refund/Cancellation Policy Reference

19. Privacy Policy Reference
Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
20. Limitation of Liability
