Refund & Cancellation Policy

AD2KART is a brand operated by Shriram Books Emporium, a proprietorship based in Maharashtra, India. In this Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and related website policies, “AD2KART”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Shriram Books Emporium operating the AD2KART platform.

Subscription Purchase

When you purchase a subscription plan, payment is processed through Razorpay and access is activated on our end after payment is confirmed.

Free Trial

Every new account includes an 8-day free trial. No payment is required or charged during the trial period.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are pre-paid for a fixed duration (1, 3 or 6 months) and do not auto-renew. As there is no recurring billing, no separate cancellation action is required to stop future charges — access simply ends at the end of the paid period unless a new plan is purchased.

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error, please contact support with your payment reference — duplicate charges will be reviewed and refunded where confirmed.

Payment Successful but Access Not Activated

If your payment was successful but your account access was not activated within a reasonable time, please contact support with your payment reference so we can resolve it promptly.

Technical/Service Failure

If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service you paid for, contact support so we can investigate and make it right. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include a fix, an extension of access, or a refund, subject to applicable law.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with your registered mobile/email and payment reference number.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to Razorpay's standard processing timelines.

Cases Where Refund May Not Be Applicable

Refunds are generally not available once a subscription period has been substantially used, except where required by applicable law.
